[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]29th January 2015;\u00a0 Harte Coyle Collins, Solicitors & Solicitor Advocates,\u00a0 today obtained a unique mandatory injunction to compel the return of a family dog, Charlie, a 2 year old salt and pepper schaunzer terrier, to his original owner.<\/p>\n

Charlie had been left in the temporary care of another person while the original owner was away by agreement.\u00a0 After 2 weeks the temporary carer refused to return the pet to his owner despite repeated requests.\u00a0 The owner sought advice from Ms Catriona Hutton of Harte Coyle Collins in respect of getting the beloved pet back.\u00a0 The firm applied for an emergency injunction to Belfast County Court today asking the Court to compel Charlie’s return.<\/p>\n

The County Court Judge considered the application unusual but granted the application for the injunction compelling the return of Charlie to his owner.\u00a0 The Injunction Order was granted on foot of proof of ownership and took into account the owner’s attempts to secure Charlie’s return prior to applying for the Injunction.<\/p>\n

Ms Hutton of Harte Coyle Collins said today;<\/p>\n
