[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]22nd January 2015;\u00a0 On the 15th of January the Sunday World newspaper agreed to pay out compensation following the instigation of civil proceedings for defamation against Mr Stephen Paul.\u00a0 Nichola Harte of Harte Coyle Collins, Solicitors & Solicitor Advocates, sued on behalf of Mr Paul for defamatory allegations made about him in an article publicshed on the 7th July 2013.\u00a0 The Sunday World accepted that the allegatons made regarding Mr Paul were untrure and apologised for the distress caused to him agreeing to compensate him by way of damages and costs.<\/p>\n

On the 18th January 2015 the Sunday World printed\u00a0the following apology;<\/p>\n
