We are seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join our criminal defence, litigation and family law from 4th September 2023. Previous experience in a criminal defence practice or dealing with criminal defence work will be an advantage but no experience will not be a bar to a suitable candidate. The job will include criminal defence cases across Northern Ireland in the Magistrates and Crown Courts and in the Court of Appeal. The job will include unsocial/ work on qualification dealing with arrests and courts. The job will also include some prison welfare work and assistance with judicial reviews. Terms negotiable. We are seeking an apprentice to commence a training contract with the firm & IPLS from 4th September 2023 for the 2 year training period to September 2025. The successful candidate will receive training across the main practice areas including criminal defence work. Litigation, family law and inquests//inquiries.
