Harte Coyle Collins provide a 24 hour emergency service for persons arrested by the police.
This service is available for both arrests under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act and the Terrorism Act. To speak to a solicitor on our 24 hour arrest line simply telephone our office number 02890-278227 and follow the short recorded message if outside office hours.
Our office hours are from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday and the out of hours service is available from 5pm to 8.30am, on weekends and on public holidays.
This service is free of charge. Legal aid is available for all persons detained in police custody as the liberty of the person is paramount in the law. All Partners and Solicitors in Harte Coyle Collins are fully trained and extensively experienced in relation to advising persons in police custody.
