Harte Coyle Collins, Solicitors & Solicitor Advocates, achieved Lexcel Accreditation for excellence across all practice areas in November 2025 for the 12th consecutive year. Lexcel is the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and excellence in legal client care. It provides a flexible, supportive management framework to help practices develop consistent operational efficiency and client services, manage risk effectively, and reduce client costs.
Lexcel sets the required standard in 7 different areas, structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, client care, file and case management. Practices and organisations inspected and accredited with the Lexcel standard have achieved a stamp of excellence in practice management across all areas of the practice. Lexcel accreditation provides confidence to clients that a quality management system operates in the firm resulting in increased client satisfaction. This quality management system is independently assessed on an annual basis and demonstrates Harte Coyle Collins commitment and ability to consistently deliver services that meet client expectations, improve overall client satisfaction, assist regulatory compliance and promote a professional workplace.
The firm was first awarded the stamp of excellence by the Centre for Independent Lexcel Assessment in September 2013. The accreditation requires annual assessment by an independent Assessor to ensure quality in the management of the practice. The practice has successfully achieved the accreditation for twelve successive years to date with the 2025 accreditation appoying for a further 3 years up to 2028.
Harte Coyle Collins continues to strive to achieve its mission statement to provide clients with clear, reliable and timely advice as to options, risks and outcomes. The firm’s ethos is one of commitment to justice and to the provision of a service with integrity and efficiency so as to create a relationship of trust, confidence and satisfaction and to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Patricia Coyle, partner with responsibility for the seeking renewal of accreditation in 2025 said today,
“We are delighted that the firm continues to excel in all practice areas and that we can continue to promote our commitment to justice in all our areas of work for our clients. The partners at the firm wish to thank all staff for their contribution to the Lexcel accreditation this year.”
