Closing submissions on behalf of the Next of Kin of Master Patrick Crawford who was shot in the grounds of the Royal Victoria Hospital on 10th August 1975 were lodged with the Coroner today.
The inquest which opened in 2023 completed this year in Armagh, Antrim and Laganside Courts hearing evidence from civilian witnesses, former military witnesses and pathology and ballistics experts. The evidence completed last week and final written submissions were lodged by the next of kin of the child and other state parties.
