To date any experience, I have had with HCC and my point of contact Solicitor Cathal Mullan has been excellent , I particularly have to commend the professional attitude of Mr Mullen and indeed all the HCC staff, their attention to detail and the way they actually listen to the client rather than just taking the easy way out , so for all the reasons above I would have no issue recommending Harte Coyle Collins to anyone seeking legal representation. ‘Today In the current climate of repeated and systemic failures by the Stormont Departments particularly to Lough Neagh and Toxic Extraction industries like Gold Mining, the rights of the individual and communities are being eroded at every opportunity in regard to environmental protection , I have found it so refreshing that HCC and Mr Mullan are so well versed on current Environmental Law and Regulations it makes them the number one option for these types of environmental protection cases
