Harte Coyle Collins, Solicitors & Advocates, are proud to continue their sponsorship of the prize for the taught course on Police & Criminal Evidence procedure at the Institute for Professional Legal Studies, Queens University, Belfast. The prize was set up by the firm in 2007 for the top apprentice solicitor/barrister result in relation to best practice for defence lawyers representing clients in custody.
The prize for 2016 was awarded to Ms Grainne Lee on the 28th June 2017. Mr Chris McCann, one of the senior criminal defence lawyers with Harte Coyle Collins, Solicitors & Advocates, presented the prize to Ms Lee at the IPLS Graduation ceremony at the Whitla Hall at Queens University on Wednesday 28th June 2017. The firm congratulates Grainne and extends good wishes to all the successful IPLS graduates and hopes that their career trajectories will include the protection of the most vulnerable in society.
