Harte Coyle Collins congratulates 2 worthy winners of the firm’s PACE prize awarded at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Queen’s University Belfast last week.
The winners, Sarah Mulholland (2017) and Grainne McAnaney (2018) received the awards from the firm for their excellence in relation to the law and procedures applicable to suspects in custody as governed by the Police & Criminal Evidence Order (NI) 1989.
The legal advice provided by independent lawyers to suspects in police custody remains a critical cornerstone of our criminal justice system and protects the integrity of the investigation and prosecution processes. The ethos of the firm is commitment to justice.
We congratulate both Sarah and Grainne on the successful completion of their professional training and their awards. We wish them every success in their legal careers.
